Feljas & Masson works in close partnership with its trusted suppliers. Dimensioning installations is coordinated between the engineering design office and the skills of the producers. With a successful track record in the industry, Feljas & Masson guarantees its equipment will provide long-lasting, energy-efficient service.

The group's in-house piping production shop has the ability to produce galvanized steel, painted or stainless sheet metal parts and pipes. The parts produced in the shop are precision built for the equipment that has been designed. They are pre-assembled to facilitate and optimize on-site installation.

After undergoing factory-testing by the makers and, if desired, in the presence of the Customer, the equipment is sent to Feljas & Masson who handles the logistics and transportation to the installation site. All equipment is checked before dispatch as well as on arrival, to ensure the installation conforms with statutory standards and requirements.

Servicing and maintenance of the equipment supplied are essential elements of the service provided by Feljas & Masson. The study of how spare parts are to be supplied and the training of operators is an integral part of the service.
